Producers, Beat the Rush – Call Today to Make an Appointment

Athens, GA., Jan. 28, 2020 – USDA’s Farm Service Agency (FSA) encourages agricultural producers to enroll now in the Agriculture Risk Loss (ARC) and Price Loss Coverage (PLC) programs. March 16, 2020 is the enrollment deadline for the 2019 crop year.

If all the 2019 producers on a farm do not make a timely unanimous election during the election period, the 2018 elections will continue for 2019 and 2020 and the farm will not be eligible for 2019 payments.

Producers that make a program election and enroll a farm prior to the deadline have the option to change the program election up until the deadline of March 16, 2020.

FSA offices have multiple programs competing for the time and attention of our staff. Contact your FSA County Office and make an appointment to ensure that your elections are made and contracts are enrolled before the March 16, 2020 deadline.
